We have partnered with Leadership Management Australia to bring you this half day joint workshop focusing on critical thinking and communication for Business Leaders.

Authentic leadership is a giant step forward and adds a sense of realness to leaders. Employees and stakeholders are apathetic of sanitised fake leadership. Authentic leaders have the X factor that creates calmness and instils loyalty. They are comfortable in their own skin with their strengths and weaknesses and often ooze confidence. Even when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges their optimism becomes an unstoppable force.

Once you learn the techniques of true Leadership and Influence, you will be able to build the confidence it takes to take the lead. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you to communicate your ideas clearly and concisely. It is never easy to take the lead, as you will need to make decisions and face challenges, but it can become natural and rewarding.

In this half day intensive workshop we’ll investigate;

1. Lead by Example
Leaders lead by example and the most powerful leadership tool you have is your own example. Upholding your own standards projects externally to all those around us. When we are an Authentic Leader people around us are more likely to listen to us, learn from us and want to follow our example. Therefore, our leadership approach needs to be authentic and it needs to contain honest behaviour because we cannot ask others to do what we are not willing to do ourselves.

2. Effective Communication
As leaders we need to be able to communicate our thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely, we might be at the top of our game, the best in the business but we run the very real risk of failure if our team, our clients and the people around us don’t trust our abilities as an Authentic Leader. Learning and knowing about our own communication style and being able to recognise and most importantly adapt to the communication style of others is pure GOLD.

3. Critical Thinking
As leaders we need to bring our best selves every single day, but we can’t do that unless we’re critically evaluating how we go about things and looking at ways to improve. Practicing critical thinking techniques every single day is a sign of an Authentic Leader. Our workshop steps you through the three (3) steps of critical thinking that will instantly transform your outlook for good.
