Led by The Accountant Coach Lynda Steffens, The Leader Within is designed to be a guided, structured and supportive leadership empowerment journey where you will meet once a fortnight with a small group of 8-12 like-minded Accountants to learn, grow, support each other and level up your leadership skills.
About Lynda Steffens, Accountant Coach
The Leader Within is a culmination of Lynda’s expertise and experience having researched the accountants’ profile, listened and learned from accountants, (as well as being an introvert and an accountant herself) for over fifteen years.
Championing accountants just like herself who may have felt out of step with the world and unknown for their efforts because of their nature, Lynda truly believes that through change comes freedom.
As founder of The Small Business Project, advisory training programs for accountants in public practice, as well as author of Accounting Revolution and co-host of the Public Practice Accountants podcast, Lynda has worked with literally HUNDREDS of accountants as a coach as well as a self-professed advocate and mentor.
