Our small admin team was relatively new to the business, and we weren't quite sure who should do what and when. Lynda from Lynda Steffens worked with us to map out all of our tasks. She found out what our skills were, and what duties we were best suited to, and what areas we might struggle in. We also identified areas that we needed training in and put a plan in place to make that happen.
