One of the most challenging aspects for accountants to consistently delivery advisory services is a lack of structure. Accountants simply don’t operate that way, we need structure. The 5P’s for High Performing Business is a multi-tiered, structured system that starts with a solid and stable foundation and walks you through delivering your accounting services using the unique 5P’s methodology.
Laying the groundwork using the first P in the 5P’s system is key to your framework standing strong as you implement each consecutive step in the process, growing your business by helping your clients with theirs.
A uniquely designed, tried and tested system, the 5P’s provides a strong and supportive framework that supports you to engage with your clients in a way that is highly valued by them.
With each tier you take your mindset, your relationships with your clients and therefore your practice to another level.

Cost: $2997 per month
Successfully bridging the gap from functional to vital requires more than just training in skills or new content. The Ready Set Coach Program is an integral part of the program and is required for accreditation and membership of The Small Business Project. Support you, your team and your business by putting new practice change skills into action.
